I have been through the deepest depths of childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, sudden death, chronic illness and so much more in this lifetime alone. Each of these experiences have helped me understand trauma, how it holds us back and how to release it. I believe that my company is the vehicle to help women safely navigate the depths of their shadow, discover their resilience and release the traumatic memories and experiences that have shaped their current reality. Once we do this, anything is possible. My experience is my greatest credential and driving passion for my work. I was made for this.

Decades of severe abuse, neglect, abandonment, trauma, illness, etc, has forced me to rebuild my life over and over again. I have been able to do this successfully by healing past experiences, rewiring past beliefs, dismantling former identities and releasing limiting paradigms that kept me feeling capped, stuck,plateaued and helpless. These are just a few blocks that keep women locked in the past, unable to move forward in the direction of their dreams. I do this work because I know what it's like to be held captive by pain. I also know how to release it,so women can slingshot toward their dreams beyond what they thought was possible. This matters because women deserve to remember their power.

I made a decision 10yrs ago, that I would be the role model that I deserved at every age, and no matter who came to me for support, I would make sure I had a resource or some sort of direction for them, so no-one ever had to feel lost and hopeless like I did. That is how I became a Coach.
